The HR (Human Resources) department is a group who is responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and directing employees) and administering employee benefits.
The HR team includes Vishnu Bhagat, Sarang Hargude and Megha Mandlik.

A production department is a group of functions within a business that is responsible for the manufacture of goods. The production department is the largest within a organization. It includes employee mechanics, machine setup specialists, maintenance personnel, and machine operators.

The Quality Department ensures profit margins by reducing inefficiencies, operations errors and product defects. In addition, the department also includes proactively improving capability and capacity of operations through new methods, tools or skills.
The team comprises of Abhijit Bhagat, Mukesh Rathod and Arjun Kumar.

The maintenance department is responsible and accountable for maintenance. It is responsible for the way equipment runs and looks and for the costs to achieve the required level of performance.

The maintenance activities are performed under guidance of Mr. Uttam Hargude by Biswajit Ghara and Raghavendra Patel.

This department Monitors and implements all directives issued by Rly Board & HQs in matters pertaining to safety.

This Department is mostly involved into procurement of the goods required.

This department handles all the necessary finance and accounting activities. The team involves Mrs. Megha Mandlik and Mrs. Poonam Shelke.
